One of the first things that I do after crawling out of bed every morning is check the out side temperature from a 15 year old mercury filled thermometer, which is located on our back porch, through the kitchen window.
This device is attached to a vertical 6×6 which is off centered in relation to the window. Therefore I have a difficult time reading it from six feet. The problem is the slender glass tube which contains the mercury or alcohol, which requires head on vision. Therefore I must read it from the porch.
I finally decided to buy a second thermometer which is in the circular pointer style. I mounted this one on the opposite 6×6. The readability is great. I then noticed a constant disparity between these devices; The newer thermomenter consistantly reads 8 degrees higher.
I know that my old thermometer is accurate having been tested. Therefore I decided to buy another one which is of the tube design, its also cheap, ($1.00) which is only four inches long. I attached this one on the outside of the kitchen window insulated panes by use of the built on suction cup.
Next morning when I took my readings, the two newer thermometers read exactly 8 degrees higher than the old, and I can confirm, accurate one. This caused me to conclude that the newer devices are designed to read higher. This, I believe, is an attempt to push the global warming lie.
Do your own test using an older and a very recent thermometer.

I’ve been re-reading the Federalist papers, Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, and am now reading a wonderful tax- payer- friendly and freedom loving book on loan from one of my friends, “A Miracle That Changed the World. The 5000 Year Leap, Principles of Freedom 101.”
In all these Christ-inspired works of Love, there are no appeals for more power to be given to the central government. Keeping in mind that if articles of permission are not written in our founding documents empowering the central government then such power does not exist. The only conclusion we can come to is that our current administration is unlawful. It seems to me there’s a need for BASIC Civics lessons, plus a large dose of humility in Obama’s administration.
President Obama I have a few questions for you.
- Where in the Constitution is permission given to to you, sir, to appoint czars to rule over free Americans?
- Where in the Constitution is permission given to politician’s to steal money from private businesses?
- Where in the Constitution is permission given to politicians to transfer trillions of dollars to who knows where then tell American companies what profit they can or cannot make?
- Where in the Constitution is permission given to politicians to rip businesses from Americans and give them to foreign companies and steal from retirement accounts, etc. etc.?
Are you old enough to remember the old Soviet Union? In my opinion our current administration is a carbon copy of that Marxist regime.
Are you fed up like I am?
If you are – get involved by spreading the word, educating others in your circle of influence. Then call the senators and congressmen of your state and EDUCATE them! Consider becoming an independent voter instead of a republican or democrat.
Just little steps – but it will work if we work together. It’s time to stop these robbers.

Unless you are on drugs or are a democrat voter, you have been following the capture and rescue of Richard Phillips the Master of the Maersk-Alabama container freighter. You know how the American Crew fought off armed criminals, aka Pirates, from Somalia with fire hoses, and any other makeshift weapon they could use; how Philips volunteered to surrender to these Terrorist/Pirates/Muslims to spare his crew from possible harm.
You also know that these liberals made their get-away in the ship’s lifeboat while tugging along the Master of the Alabama. There are a few actions of the on scene Commander, the pirates and Obama himself that you may not be aware of, however. For example: The Captain of the USS Bainbridge DDG-96 requested repeatedly for instructions from Obama for offensive action against the Terrorist/Pirates which were never sent.
The “on scene Commander” which is the CO of the Bainbridge, after observing threatening actions from one of the Pirates whom while behind the Master of the Alabama, leveled his AK-47 at the same as preparing to shoot him in the back, ordered the Special Warfare personnel to take out said terrorist, plus the other two, to preserve the Master’s life.
The above action of the CO of the USS Bainbridge is authorized by DOD Directives, and Naval Regulations.
My thoughts: We obviously do not have a strong, courageous Commander-in-Chief of our Magnificent Armed Forces at this time.
